That contract is not terminated by the buyer

I have some contracts in my profile that are almost 2/1 years old but the buyer doesn't work and won't close it. If I close those projects manually, will there be any score problems on my profile? Like job success score, and profile ranking.  Thanks

Hi Shanzida,

You also have the option to end the contract from your end. Ending your contract will not affect your JSS unless the client leaves you low ratings. Before you do so, we advise you to contact your client and confirm if there are any pending tasks on the active contract and ask them politely to close the contract.
