In a user research project for a poultry farm management app, labor users struggled to utilize the current UI efficiently. After discovering that these users were familiar with and actively engaged on TikTok, we realized the potential to leverage this familiarity to improve inclusivity. By redesigning the UI with a layout inspired by TikTok's user-friendly interface, we aimed to bridge the gap and empower labor users. The revamped UI not only facilitated easier app usage for laborers but also led to significant business improvements, showcasing the transformative impact of user-centric design.
