Support team and account suspended

Since Saturday, I tried to resolve the issue with my account. I opened a ticket and spoke to the support team with a live agent. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the problem. I did receive an update every time they update it takes another 24 to 48 hours. The last update I received was that they are having an issue with their system. Now it's been 5 days I have been waiting for a response and still no one is answering, I can't even speak to the live agent anymore. When I will hear from someone and why is there such a big delay? 

This is by far the worst service I received
