Ridiculously difficult to find feedback as a client.

Are you doing it intentionally, or is this just a bad design?
I don't know what project resulted in this feedback; I can't see feedback across projects, and I don't know how this rating is broken down by different dimensions. 

That just means you don't really care about clients knowing how to get better at working with freelancers.
