Resend expired proposal

I sent a proposal to a freelancer (agency contact) early in discusions.  By the time we agreed on some items, it got marked as expired. Now I cannot seem to reopen it, resend it, or otherwise restart the process.  Searched help docs with no luck. How do I send them a fresh proposal for the job without having to relist it?

Hi Alex,

You can send the freelancer an offer directly from their profile. If you already have an ongoing conversation with them, you can click on their photo on the right-hand side of your Message room and see the option "View profile." Once you're at the freelancer's profile, you should see the "Hire" button and can send a new offer from there. Feel free to visit this article for more information.
