Hello, I would like to know how to remove (or edit) the feedback given to a freelancer.
We hired a writer for copy. As we hired a lot of writers at once and I was alone to manage all the outputs, I didn't pay much attention to this writer's work.
After more careful review, it appeared very obvious that this writer:
1. Used a translater and a language learning model
2. Lied on her English proficiency
3. Didn't re-read herself and submitted texts with a lot of mistakes
4. Didn't pay attention to the instructions communicated in the brief
5. Lied on her understanding of the topics to write on
We agreed on the work so not asking for refund (anyhow we redid the copy ourselves), but the positive feedback I left is therefore misleading and makes me look dishonest, as I am praising someone who is clearly not professional at all.
How can I request to remove the feedback I left?

You cannot.
Freelancer must allow it.
Or dispute. With full refund feedback will be removed.

I understand how bad this can be but I suggest you reach out to the freelancer. Tell her all your observations and probably suggest she should work on her skills by learning more so that even if you can't remove the feedback ,she would know that you noticed the bad job she did and she will have in mind that someone is watching.
My candid opinion.
