Regarding payment for freelancers

Hello Upwork support team,

I'm currently desperate to finalize milestone payments for my freelancer. However, there is money in my visa card but the Upwork system always shows 0 dollars, so I can't press pay. This is not coming from my card because I am able to pay for other jobs, only on Upwork it is currently 0$ and cannot be paid.

I really need this resolved soon.
