Firstly, the removal of direct contract has been nothing but pain.
Now that clients are being forced to create accounts and login, I'm facing issue like below
First it pops up: "Your Account Has limited Capabilities"
And almost instantly comes the technical issue error.
I have also submitted a ticket, no please don't ask my client to contact support as people have lives outside of dealing with UpWork issues. 😕 I lost a client last month due to Upwork not charging my client. I'm sorry for my frustration but I need help.

Yes, clients can either call Support or click the above Support link.
Ask the client if they are following the instructions of going to their email.
