Help: New Account Deleted and Suspended

Hi Upwork Team,
My old client account was deleted by my worker, Now I want to recover my account, So I register another new account to post a post. However, my new account was suspended for no reason. It makes me feel very bad. How to recover my old Upwork client account? How to make my new Upwork account available? I think Upwork is a professional and responsible company, If you think my account has some risk, please let me know. I will help to solve it. Please don't reply to me like a robot and only tell me my account can't be recovered.
