If I invite a freelancer to work on a different job, will it cost her connects?

Scenario:

1. Freelancer A and Freelancer B apply to Job posting A.

2. I hire Freelancer A to do Job A.

3. I post Job B and invite Freelancer B to apply.

Will Freelancer B have to spend another connect?

Invites is free. Freelancer must pay for apply but not for accepting invite.
