Boost Profile Helps Be Visible

Upwork has said a boosted proposal has, on average, a six percent higher likelihood of being the winning proposal on a project. That works out to about a one-in-sixteen chance of winning, which might be a price worth paying for freelancers whose proposals usually have a very low percentage of being winners.

While his post makes no sense, he did mention "Boosted Profile" not "Boosted Proposal", two separate things.  But by the looks of his profile, boosting aint gonna help anyway.
